WEEK 4: 90-Day Healthy Weight Challenge

Our 90-Day Healthy Weight Challenge is moving right along in Week 4. While some participants are reaching a plateau, the team is working even harder to get over it. Group walks have been happening over the weekends and one day after work, allowing for support and camaraderie amongst the staffers.
 
One noticeable achievement seen this week was the amount of willpower the team is showing – many passing up on pizza in the lunchroom and instead enjoying a delicious salad. Interestingly enough, the results of a study were released this week that showed by changing your eating habits, your brain actually adapts and leads to craving the healthy option more than the unhealthy choice. The result of our team’s good choices is evident in the total team loss of 80.5 lbs!
